  • Know How 2Go
    05/03/2013 by Carolyn Kraft
St. Clair County KnowHow2GO is providing an opportunity for every 8th Grade student in the county to visit the campus of St. Clair County Community College.     In middle school groups, students from across the county will travel to the college on designated dates to take part in a campus tour, learn about programs and services available, see a play about going to college, and learn about KnowHow2GO programs.

Marysville Middle School students will be going by school bus on Friday, May 31, 2013 to visit the SC4 campus.  The bus will leave at 8:00 a.m. and they will return at 11:30 a.m.  A lunch will be provided free of charge at SC4

    • 8th Grade Parents are needed to chaperone the trip to SC4 on Friday, May 31.  Student permission forms will be sent home this week with students.  Busses will leave the MMS at 8:00 a.m. and will return from SC4 at 11:30 a.m.  Ten parents are needed to help out. Please email or call John Sazehn, Principal at 364-6336 or jsazehn@marysvilleschools.us.
Right now, college probably seems a long way off, but actually, middle school is the best time to start making plans. The sooner you start planning, the easier the decisions will be later on.
